Zeeva Care, a Collaborative Psychotherapy Group is now hiring psychotherapists to join our Zeeva community here in Henderson! Zeeva hires all clinicians legally as W2 employees. We pay for all hours worked (not just sessions completed) and provide our therapists with many additional benefits! We also are a Social Work Board Approved site for CSW Interns.

Our Story

Our founders have worked across a wide range of mental health settings—from inpatient care to independent private practice, government agencies, and large telehealth companies. Through these experiences, we saw a deep need for meaningful collaboration and greater impact.

In 2020, as dedicated psychotherapists, we set out to create something different—an intimate, supportive community where clinicians feel truly valued and empowered. A place where our voices matter, where we lift each other up, and where we can provide exceptional, meaningful care that makes a lasting difference in the world around us.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services
• Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial, diagnostic assessments
• Create client-centered treatment plans, utilizing SMART objectives
• 100% electronic documentation, with simple progress notes (that take 3-5 minutes to complete!)
• Engaging in collaborative team learning experiences
• Therapists focus on therapy. Zeeva takes care of everything else, including: scheduling new clients, marketing, billing, and more.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a license as a CPC-I, MFT-I, CSW-I, or LMFT, LCSW, LCPC or a Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Must commit to at least 30 client openings each week
• New graduates, welcome to apply!
• See clients in our Henderson office

Pay for Therapist Interns:

$42 per billable clinical hour
$12 per additional admin hours (mandatory supervision, mandatory training, other admin duties, etc.)

Pay for Licensed Therapists:

$55 per billable clinical hour

Pay for Staff Supervisors:

$60-$65 per billable clinical hour
