Our founders have worked across a wide range of mental health settings—from inpatient care to independent private practice, government agencies, and large telehealth companies. Through these experiences, we saw a deep need for meaningful collaboration and greater impact.

In 2020, as dedicated psychotherapists, we set out to create something different—an intimate, supportive community where clinicians feel truly valued and empowered. Responsibilities include:

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services
• Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial, diagnostic assessments
• Create client-centered treatment plans, utilizing SMART objectives
• 100% electronic documentation, with simple progress notes (that take 3-5 minutes to complete!)
• Engaging in collaborative team learning experiences
• Therapists focus on therapy. Zeeva takes care of everything else, including: scheduling new clients, marketing, billing, and more.

Qualifications:

• California Registered Associate Psychotherapist
• Must commit to at least 30 client openings each week
• New graduates, welcome to apply!
• See clients in our West Los Angeles and/or Studio City office at least 2x/week *this is a hybrid position*

Hourly Pay for Associate Therapists:

$42 per billable clinical hour
$18 per additional admin hours (mandatory supervision, mandatory training, other admin duties, etc.)
